Gay Pride London 2015: Official & unofficial Pride events – Friday 26 June

Pride returns to the capital once more, with the main festivities over the weekend of Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June.

The West End

Pride festivities will be under way throughout the weekend at West End bars New Bloomsbury Set (76 Marchmont Street, WCN1 1AG), Circa (62 Frith Street), The Yard (57 Rupert Street), Ku Bar (30 Lisle Street), Ku Soho (25 Frith Street) Rupert Street Bar (50 Rupert Street), Edge Bar (11 Soho Square, W1D 3QE) and Freedom Bar (66 Wardour Street, W1F 0TA).

The Shadow Lounge hosts a Pride special of its weekly Friday night party Playground from 9pm with DJs Kris Di Angelis and Louise Chatten.

South London

Push The Button returns for its monthly residency at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern with a PTB Greatest Hits from the past two decades, for which you are implored to submit your requests.

Down the road on Kennington Lane, The Eagle hosts a special Pride edition of Men Inc.

This is preceeded by a special screening of the Oscar winning documentary The Times Of Harvey Milk at 7.30pm. Tickets are free and can be booked online now.

The Two Brewers (114 Clapham High Street, SW4 7UJ) kicks of Pride weekend with its Pride Ball. Hosted by Miss Jason and supported by DJs Demon and Chris Brogan, the night is supporting TITANS club member Paul Coad who is raising money for “Together We Can” by undertaking Guy’s Urban Challenge for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital. Staying in Clapham, Pride celebrations will be underway at Kazbar (50 Clapham High Street, SW4 7UL) and Bridge Bar (8 Voltaire Road).

East London

East Bloc hosts the fledging Friday night party Le Coq. Entry is £5 before midnight, £8 before 1am and £10 after.
