Recent restaurant changes in Soho (openings, closings, refurbishments…)

Here are a few recent and forthcoming changes to restaurants in Soho:

The Juice Well is due to open its first branch in London on 4 Peter Street on Monday 19 May.

Costa Coffee on the corner of Old Compton Street and Dean Street has closed.

Vitao on Wardour Street has closed.

The Noodle House opens at 117 Shaftesbury Avenue on Thursday 17 April 2014.

La Polenteria opened at 64 Old Compton Street on 20 December 2013.

Muriel’s Kitchen is now open on Old Compton Street on the former site of Leon and, by the looks of it, is doing a brisk trade.

Med Kitchen at 57-59 Old Compton Street has closed. This has become a branch of Vietnamese restaurant House Of Ho which opened on Monday 16 December.

American restuaurant Jackson + Rye opened on 11 December 2013 at 56 Wardour Street, the former site of Japanese restaurant Satsuma. More details are on Facebook.

As mentioned previously, the former Profile/Lo-Profile venue is to become a branch of Italian restaurant chain Vapiano.
